Restlessness about certain things at the ped!

Dear Sir:

I would like to let you know how I feel at this moment because of the situation I live every day at the IPC when getting on a lift.
First of all, there are eight elevators, but only two of them work each day, In addition to this, the ones that are useful don't work properly, actually. Because of that I feel very afraid of getting one of those lifts because I don't know if they can fall away at any time.
Secondly, emergency stairs don't have the addequate maintenance, so they have the risk of falling down and they are not in good conditions at all.

I would like your forwarded answer when you can, please.
